is a passionate innovative Organizational Leader and Minister of the Gospel with decades of experience in healthcare and ministry, holding a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing; and a Doctorate in Divinity. She has traveled across the United States, London, West Africa, South Africa, and Germany, spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ, as a Speaker and Ministry in Song.​

Dr. Janice Crenshaw and her husband Bishop John Crenshaw serve as the Spiritual Leaders of Kingdom Builders Network of Visionaries in Covenant (VIC) Fellowship, with headquarters located in Pensacola, Fl.
Kingdom Builders Network is a network of Churches, Organizations, Businesses and Entreprenuers whose mission is to promote the Kingdom, by winning souls to Christ, and making disciples of men to do greater works in ministry, in the marketplace and through global outreach.

Dr Janice Crenshaw is the President and Founder of Excel Community Development Corporation, a 501c3 organization with the mission to equip individuals with the biblical tools to change their own world. Many women's lives, including some who were incarcerated, have been transformed by the Word of God, thru the biblically based Excel Empowerment Curriculum.
Dr. Janice Crenshaw's unwavering dedication to community service and ministry has favored her recognition on various platforms, including a 2013 Letter of Commendation from First Lady Michelle Obama and Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward for her efforts in community service and organizing Citywide Prayer Walks. In 2016, she received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Barack Obama, followed by recognition as an Outstanding Georgia Citizen in 2019, signed by Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

The workbook includes testimonials of women, some of whom were incarcerated, whose lives have been transformed and are now successful productive citizens in society, college graduates, homeowners and business owners.
